Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Please check your new DATA VIEW called IN-Person Events. This Data View has both the Permission/Waiver form that we must have for you to attend an event. The Student Permission/Driver form is also there. Once completed these forms will be good for all events through the end of the 2023/2024 school year. No more messing with the forms for each event.
Please complete the DV as soon as possible. It should be in your To Do list.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Indiana Connections Academy ).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
